Mr. Jerry Anderson - Controller of Marsh L.P. Gas Company, Jerry is married to Sally, and father of 3 children.

	Appointed to the Board in February 1997; first elected Board member on 06/04/97; Elected Treasurer in July 1999
	Elected Vice Chairman in July 2002
	Elected Chairman in April 2005

Mr. Craig Ogle - Executive Vice President of Heritage Community Bank, married to Leslie, and father of 3 children.

	Elected to the Board in July 1999
	Elected Treasurer in July 2002

Dr. Mark Patterson - General and Vascular Surgeon, married to Mary, and father of 2 children.

	Elected to the Board in July 1999
	Elected Board Vice Chairman in April 2005

Mrs. Cindy Luttrell - Director of Social Services, Customer Services, and Transport for Takoma Adventist Hospital, married to Alan Luttrell, and the mother of 2 children.

	Appointed to the Board in March 2003 to fill the unexpired term of Kay Leonard
	Elected to the Board in June 2004

Mr. Mike Hollowell - Executive Director of YMCA of Greeneville/Greene County, married to Jennifer, and the father of two children.

	Appointed to the Board in July 2005 to fill the unexpired term of Ray Smith

Ms. Makayla Neas - Makayla is the student representative on the Board for the 2010-2011 school year.
