Greeneville City Director of Schools Dr. Jeff Moorhouse was excited with the results that came out yesterday.

“I am so happy for the teachers and students of Greeneville High School that they have gotten to see the rewards of their hard work and commitment to excellence,” said Dr. Jeff Moorhouse. “I know that our teachers have been working hard to prepare students for the new TNReady standards. They have visited other districts and have been working collaboratively for months to learn new approaches to the subjects they teach. These results did not happen by accident. This is the result of a lot of hard work on the part of our teachers and students.”

Dr. Moorhouse added, “The results also show us that we have areas that we need to continue our efforts to improve. I am confident that the administration, department heads and instructional coaches will continue their work in breaking down those areas and developing a roadmap for us to continue our journey to Learning without Limits!”
