Aaron Flanary has been named the principal of Greene Technology Center (GTC). This selection was made by a joint committee of leaders from both the Greeneville City and Greene County school systems.
The Tennessee Math Teachers Association (TMTA) district math competition was held at Tusculum University on Tuesday, April 5, 2022. In the contest, there were six categories and 18 spots for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and Greeneville High School students took 13 of those 18 spots. This was a district competition, and scores will be sent to the region and state to see if any GHS students have placed.
Greeneville City Schools Summer Learning Camps for current Kindergarten through seventh grade students will begin May 31, and continue through June 23. Camp will be held four days a week from 7:30 am -1:30 pm. Registration is April 15–28.
The Air Force Junior ROTC instructors and cadets of Greeneville High School earned an overall unit assessment score of “Exceeds Standards”, which is the highest rating attainable, during their evaluation on February 28, 2022.
