FAQs
1. I have decided to retire. What do I do now?
Contact Kim Darnell, (423) 787-6208, [email protected] to set up an appointment to complete the retirement application. The application is now an online process, but we are happy to assist you. You will need to consider your benefit option choice, as well as preferred tax withholding. Please also bring direct deposit account information, as well as your beneficiary's date of birth and social security number to the appointment. If you have not created an online user name and password for the TCRS member website, be prepared to make those decisions at the time of application.
Applications should be completed at least eight weeks prior to retirement. If you have questions regarding benefit estimates, call TCRS at (800) 922-7772 or our TCRS representative Tim Crawford at (615) 244-1030. Estimates should be requested at least two to four weeks prior to application appointment.

2. What is my username and password to Munis Self Service (MSS)?
Your user name is your last name and the first letter of your first name. The password will be the same that you use to access your Greeneville City Schools email account.
3. What is the password to open my payroll notification email?
Your password is the last 4 digits of your social security number. For example, employee Joe Brown with a social security number of 123-45-6789 would have a password of 6789 to open his payroll notification email.
