Payroll & Retirement
Kim is a Greeneville native and brings a lifetime of payroll, bookkeeping, and accounting experience in education, manufacturing, religious non for profit, and retail to her position. She has two sons who have been "customers" of Greeneville City Schools. Kim says, "I am thankful for the opportunity to serve alongside great educators toward our goal of doing what’s best for the youth of our community. I’m happy to call Greeneville home, along with my husband, two sons and sweet fur baby Snickers."
Accounts Payable & System Wide Bookkeeping
Brenda has lived in Greene County all her life and has spent her entire career at Greeneville City Schools. She possesses a wealth of bookkeeping and Munis ERP System knowledge, and she assists with the District's budget development each year. In her spare time, she enjoys yard work, playing softball, and spending time with her grandson, Jake.
Tamara Wilcox, BBA
Federal Projects & Tuition Finance
Tamara graduated Valedictorian from West Greene High School, then attended Walters State Community College before transferring to East Tennessee State University to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Finance. She has lived in Greene County her entire life and currently lives in the Cedar Creek Community with her husband Clint and children Kayla, Luke, and Lyla. She loves playing tennis and doing "brigaerobics" when time allows. Tamara says, "I have worked for Greeneville City Schools for almost 15 years, and I love getting to know our employees, students, and parents."
Ellen S. Lipe, CPA, SFO
Chief Financial Officer
Ellen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from East Tennessee State University and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Tennessee and in 2019 earned the designation of Certified Administrator of School Finance and Operations. She brings experience in education finance, audit, taxation, and banking to her position. Ellen moved to Greeneville in 2016 and after getting married in 2018 was joined by her husband Alex. In her free time, she enjoys serving as Choir Director at Rogersville First United Methodist Church. Ellen says, "I am honored to be part of a school district who cares deeply about the students we serve. The employees of Greeneville City Schools don't just care about student learning, but they seek to live out the mission statement of Cultivating the Mind and Impacting the Heart through Excellence and Equity."
