How to receive assistance if something is not working
During at-home learning, our support specialists are offering remote support. Hours for support are 8:00 A.M. until 6:00 P.M. on weekdays. Our support specialists will monitor the helpdesk queue during the weekend to provide support as needed.

Launchpad: https://launchpad.gcschools.net. Launchpad is the hub of everything we do! This resource allows students and staff to easily login to all of our resources!
Launchpad will work in Chrome and Firefox on student and teacher devices. For Launchpad to be able to log a user into an application, a browser extension is required. If you are using a personal device (PC or Mac), please see the following article to learn how to install the browser extension on your device: https://support.classlink.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007230433-ClassLink-Downloads. Instructions are under Section 1 - Browser Extensions.
If you are using a Chromebook, visit https://chrome.google.com/webstore/category/extensions and search for Classlink Launchpad. Install the extension.

Canvas: https://gcschools.instructure.com. Canvas is our Learning Management System. Teachers are able to post their lessons in Canvas. Students can complete their assignments anyplace they have an Internet connection. The preferred login method (as with all of our learning apps) is Launchpad. However, you may login with your complete email address and password.
GCSchools Video: https://gcsvideo.gcschools.net. This is our own video sharing platform. Teachers are able to live stream lessons or activities. Our school's morning news broadcasts are found here. Teachers can also post videos of lessons or other material that is helpful to our students.
