Munis Employee Self Service (MSS/ESS)
 

MSS is used for:

  • Review & Acknowledge Annual Employment Documents (Employee Handbook, RUP, Workers Compensation Procedures, 403b Information).
  • Submitting an address change to central office.
  • Checking your past pay stubs.
  • Submitting Changes to your W4 (Viewing past W2's).
  • Viewing / Acknowledging your Job Description.
  • Applying for jobs posted.

USERNAME IS THE FIRST PART OF YOUR EMAIL (WITHOUT THE "@gcschools.net") ****PASSWORD IS UNIVERSAL TO OTHER SYSTEMS.

Login Tip: Access this through your launchpad and you will not have to enter login information.

Time Clock Plus (TCP)
 

Time Clock Plus (TCP) is used for:

  • Reviewing Time Logs (Hourly Employees).
  • Submitting Leave Requests (All Employees) (sick, personal, vacation, comp-time, loss of time, professional).

USERNAME IS YOUR THE FIRST PART OF YOUR EMAIL WITH OUT "@gcschools.net" **** PASSWORD IS UNIVERSAL TO ALL OTHER SYSTEMS

Login Tip: Access this through your launchpad & you will not have to enter login information 

ALL PT Employees should turn in time off as "loss of time" for when they are regularly scheduled to work.

All Leave request should be requested before taking time off.  If leave is needed suddenly, the request must be submitted within 4 days of the leave date.

Safe Schools (Online Safety Training)
 
 

Safe Schools is the portal to complete Annual Safety Trainings.  These trainings are to be completed within 14 days of hire and annually by September of each new school year.

USERNAME IS YOUR FULL SYSTEM EMAIL ONLY

Click on the Safe Schools link and enter your full system email address to access your training.

EDISON (Health Insurance Enrollment)
 

Full time employees are eligible for health insurance through the State of Tennessee.  This link can be used to:

  • Log in to the Edison Employee Self Service (ESS).   
  • Update mailing/email information.
  • Make changes to insurance during open enrollment.

USERNAME IS ISSUED BY STATE OF TENNESSEE B.A. - IF YOU DO NOT KNOW YOUR USERNAME, CLICK THE INFORMATION LINK BELOW TO LEARN HOW TO ACCESS IT - PASSWORDS EXPIRE EVERY 90 DAYS.  EMPLOYEES ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO ACCESS EDISON ONCE A YEAR, HOWEVER, IF YOU WOULD WOULD LIKE TO MAINTAIN YOUR PASSWORD, IT IS RECOMMENDED YOU UPDATE IT EVERY 90 DAYS.  IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU WRITE DOWN YOUR USERNAME AND KEEP IT IN A SAFE PLACE TO USE EVERY YEAR.

TEACHER LICENSING 
 

TN Compass is your teacher licensing portal for:

  • Viewing Evaluations.
  • Updating your license (renewals, advancements, name change, address change, adding endorsements, adding new degrees).
  • Requesting points for professional development (to submit toward renewals).
